I am sick and tired of the run-around I get in the USPS! I will begin at the start. On 2/20/09 I slipped off a cover in the New Smyrna Beach Postoffice on Misson Road this is actually the following 420 24073 9102 1288 8230 0613 6591 12, based on the USPS website on following deals, this product NEVER quit the Newest Smyrna Beach Postoffice, I Have named 800-REQUEST-USPS numerous occasions and every time they offered me an incident#... Then I'd get a telephone call in the Boss of this office, her title was Cheryl, she simply blew smoke up my bottom... After many calls backwards and forwards I recommended that she consider CASH from that practices SLUSH-FUND and repay the small little cash of approximately $9.00 in my experience... She mentioned they'd no account, shifting right along, then i named CUSTOMER MATTERS in Jacksonville, named them twice, they stated they'll contact the Newest Smyrna Beach Post office, huge package... Again following a couple of days i obtained another telephone call from CHERYL... I believe that woman has some issues... Again she blew smoke up my bottom... Couple weeks later I followed-up with another telephone call towards the New Smyrna Beach Workplace, this time around I spoke having a guy named JAY!!! Informed him that which was happening, he mentioned "Properly they possibly received it on another conclusion, and a lot of smaller POST PRACTICES DON"T HAVE SCANNNERS!!! MORE BS... Let Us move ahead... On 4/15/09 I shipped another product with Delivery Confirmation, listed here is # 420 04032 9101 1501 3471 1643 0474 42... Again product was NEVER SCANNED on different conclusion, I did so some research, sent that individual and YES IT WAS SHIPPED!!! BUT NEVER SCANNED... Why do i spend extra money for delievery confirmation and dont" get what i purchase??? Let us move ahead again... NEXT SITUATION (yes I named 800-REQUEST-USPS and got another situation #) And So I did MIGHT WORK AGAIN, e-mailed my individual on different conclusion, and INDEED THEY RECEIVED IT!!! But i obtain no "delivery confirmation in the usps!!! Moving along NEXT EVENT On 8/17/09 on Mailed another bundle and had it "COVERED" for $83.00 YOU KNOW WHAT??? I NEVER GOT CONFORMATION that it had been shipped!!! I really could have robbed the POSTOFFICE out-of $83.00 for NON-DELIVERY but I DIDN"T... I named the individual and he mentioned e yes I acquired it A WEEK AGO!!! Again no delivery conformation!!! Let us transfer on. next situation!!! I shipped ANOTHER BUNDLE on 10/06/09 and that I covered it for $140.50, YOU KNOW WHAT??? Yes NEVER OBTAINED DELIVERY CONFIRMATION "AGAIN" Yes I really could have robbed the USPS out-of cash again, but I DIDN"T!!! I approached individual and you know what? Yes, they obtained but I NEVER GOT A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION"""" Let Us MOVE AHEAD AGAIN!!! Next situation, delivery confirmation # 420 34203 9101 1288 8230 0840 8233 01 this bundle was delivered priority email with "delivery confirmation!!! You thought it, Bundle was NEVER SCANNED about the ADDITIONAL FINISH, YES i approached other celebration plus they advised me that acquired bundle... Our issue is... WHY DO I PURCHASE DELIVERY EVIDENCE and I-donot OBTAIN IT??? ALL iam searching for may be the $9.00 in the 1st package I delivered, I-donot believe I"m being uncommon at-all... I"m simply ill and fed up with individuals attempting to pulll the wool over my eyes!!! I'm going to be awaiting a response to THESE ISSUES...
