Advertise reposession list for $1.00 then use credit card to rip, off $49.00 a month $98.00 before they quit after I threatened to call p, olice

I answered an internet ad for cheap houses under repossesion. They offered a chance to see the list for $1.00 but I later found they had snapped $49 out of my checking aqccount in september and october. Nowhere did I approve this rip;off from my account, whether they slip; it in to fine print or not.
