I was contacted by Jason Becker, He called me almost everyday and telling me all about getting their merchandise program, that I will make money right away and he will help me through it from the start until evyrthing is set up and running. And will always be there that I can call him anytime I need his help. I told him that I am a single mom of two and unemployed, that means that I clearly stated to him that I don't have any income on my own. And I told him that I used to sell online with SMC and He said that they are better than SMC and have more products. So I started asking him about how much am I gonna have to spend since I told him that I dont have a job, He said it's only 99$/month and I asked him if it's really only 99$ and nothing else and He said yes only 99$. And I told him that I want to make sure it's only 99$ because for the fact I know that there is like merchant account charges and the advertising, but He said no everything is included and we have this promotion that you will pay 99$ in 36 months. So for 99$ in 36 months I thought that would really be everything that 99$ in 36 months is a lot of money if you add them all up. So I said yes I want to get involved, He faxed me the contract and He called me and told me to sign those I need to sign but He did not explain everything to me because I know that He said only 99$/month and nothing else that's why I did not even asked what are the other numbers that I am seeing in the paper.
So I signed and faxed him the contract and He told me that I will get the email of all the instructions and He will help me set up my website. I got the email with the instruction by Sunday, I was so excited and ready to get started so I called him because He told me that He will help me, He answered the phone and told me with attitude "IT IS SUNDAY TODAY, I AM NOT AT WORK AND I HAVE A FAMILY" So I told him that me too have a family and you told me you will help me.in my thought this is an internet job, you own your own business there is no sunday in this kind of job, He has no problem calling me everyday before to get me sign the contract but He changed all of a sudden after I signed the contract? And He even told me that everytime I call I will have to tell my name first, so I answered him "I am a customer why don't you ask my name when I call and be respectfull since I am your customer" and He told me that I am not a customer, then who am I? I replied. I even told him that I am a customer and I am one of those people why is your company making money and you getting paid by the cutomer's money. Since then me and him can talk good business anymore, and I just paying the monthly and not getting sales. And one day I noticed that I have another charges in my account other than 99$, so I emailed him about it, and He told me it's for your merchant account? So I was surprised cuz I thought 99$ in 36 months everything is included. And I noticed that I dont have access in some links in my site manager and that including marketing my business, so I called them about it, and they said that it is not included and I will have to pay for that package, AGAIN I am surprise because I thought that is included too! Now no sales no job and they just keep charging my bank account, my bank went to negative so I contacted ipayment to cancel my account and emailed Jason Becker to cancel my contract since I dont make money, He did not help me, He lied to me, and I cant afford it. But the only replied I got is He will not let me get away of my contract after calling him a blood sucker, I called him a blood sucker because He is really sucking my blood not only mine also my kids, I called him on his cellphone about all the charges and me not making money and I have two kids that I need to feed but all he tells me is I have to get the advertising package which I will have to spend again money which I already told him in the first place that I can't afford that is why I made sure before I signed the contract that I am only be spending 99$/month. Now ECX keep calling about mypayments, that I need to pay them, I told him I cant pay since I dont have money and I dont use the service, I was lied I was fooled by jason Becker. So I stop answering their calls, NOW they sent me a letter.
This is what it sez on the letter;
Dear Ms Toner;
This letter is to advise you that we are in the process of forwarding your file to our collection Attorney. They will prepare a summons and complaint to be served upon you at your home, by either the local Sheriff or Process Server. The complaint will be based on your PERSONALLY GUARANTEED signature on a lease wherein you promised to pay 99.95 per month for a period of thirty six months. The claim amount will be the ORIGINAL AMOUNT OWED OF $3,498.25, PLUS court costs. If you chose to ignore the summons, a default judgement will be entered against you. Judgments are good for twenty years and gather interest at 9% per year. Judgments also allow Attorneys to restrain bank accounts, place liens on your home and take money out of your paycheck until the judgment amount is paid in full.
If you wish to rectify this situation I will need a payment of $100.00 in my office located at; 732 Smithtown Bypass, Suite 302, Smithtown, N.Y., 11787, on or before october 23rd. On OCTOBER 26TH your file is no longer under my control and will be forwarded to a collection attorney in your state. Balance due under settlement arrangement:$1200.00, NO INTEREST, payable at $100.00 per month OR LUMP SUM PAYMENT OF $850.00 TO SETTLE IN FULL.

As I am reading this, I don't know what to think about this people... I told them I can't afford $99 anymore and now they want me to pay $100.00? And especially now that my husband stopped paying child support. I just dont know where they get their cionscience I am BROKE, with 2 kids, my son has cold right now and I am scared of swine flu and I can't even afford to pay our doctor.
Whoever can read this please help me what I need to do with this kind of people.
