Ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing

I was sent this credit card application in late fall of the year 2000. I was approved for a $15,000.00 credit limit.

I never used the card and this year I started to get my credit adjusted and found this on my credit report. I was going to just pay it off but I found this website.

So now the bill of $351 that is on my credit report I would like to get it removed if at all possible. I never used the card and it says the charges were charged to the account.

I figured that the charges were just annual, and late charge fees and that if I called and cancelled the card I would just pay my fees and be done.

So your help in this matter will be benficial in helping me to secure a better financial credit future.
