Do not buy the "In-Styler" hair straightener, it does not work! The barrell turns so slow, it's loud nad sounds cheap like it's ready to break. Not worth the expensive price. The "Chi" straightner works much better. Customer service supervisor was rude! Told me I just wasn't using it right and to keep it, I'll learn. Sending it back is a nightmare. They say they won't accept it unless they give me a code #. I've paid shipping twice now, the product is "not as described" and I want a refund. They could care less, all they want is your money, for a product that doesn't work. Can you help? Anything else I can do?
