On 01-11-09 I paid Regal $661.00 to arrange for the rental of my Sheraton Buganvilas Resort timeshare weeks, at the direction of the Sheraton sales representative. The 5 weeks were to be rented within 90 days, according to the Sheraton Buganvilas representative, at $2650/week. Regal natually accepted the fee, but to date have produced nothing but excuses and promises of "future rentals". They are just another advance fee scam company to be avoided.
Honestly we very much enjoyed the resort, and purchased the timeshare as an investment and for personal use. Our week spent on the property was one of our best family vacations. It is sad there are so many scam artists preying on timeshare owners.
