I got a credit card from your company approximately 15 years ago I am not sure of the exact date. I ran into problems that eventually caused me to not be able to pay but when I could I did. This past FEBRUARY 27TH I paid off the account the collection agency that you hired has been very rude in trying to help me to obtain the original information on the debt itself and in no uncertain terms told me that you would not deal with me in obtaining the information that I wanted. All I am asking for is something from your institution stating that the debt was real and the total amount of the debt before being turned over to the many collection agencies that you hired to collect. They were very rude and unprofessional. They would not even give me an address or phone to contact you in order for you to tell me that you don not have any information and I feel that if that is the case then I have the right to contact and to hear this from the organization that the debt is owed. I truly hope that if you do have any information on this debt that you would forward it to Carolyn R. Georgia, 528 Courtland Street (402 Sylvania Avenue), Pittsburgh, PA 15207. I am trying to clear all debts owed and to keep my own records of how much was owed and the fact that I have paid them off. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. The collection agencies name is QAR. The case number is 596688 and their phone number is 1-866-892-4564. I also do not feel that it is fair of them to make me wait for 90 days to receive confirmation of this debt being paid after if only took them 2-3 days to extract from my bank account via debit card.
