Long story short my boyfriend ordered direct tv and the 21 dollar fee was immediatley taken from his bank account they never showed and never called. I called them they said his son had lived on this property and never paid his bill (his 21 year old son) who does not live here anymore (500 acres covers alot of territory) and therefore they could not install his and they refused to give the 21 dollars back stating we would have to get it back from the bank. Dont worry I plan on it you cant tell me they didnt know that when they put us on hold checked my boyfriends credit and debited from his account then set up the installation date and time. So this is to you the owner of Direct TV mr. Chase Kerry (yes i know your name) your company is nothing more than common thieves your account managers are rude and idiots we have been given every story there is from them. If you dont think I wont go to the bank and file a dispute affidavit againt Direct TV you are soooooo wrong. This is one family you wont prosper from and if it takes me the rest of this year I will get the 21 back your company did nothing to earn this money not one thing. I have tried to contact you directly but I am told by several of your agents that they dont know how to contact you and they are very rude about it. I have also filed a complaint in the AG's office and the BBB. It would have been so much easier for Direct just to give the 21 back but no you dont think anyone will take the time and effort to file an affidavit but watch this.
