I Wasted 7 years of my life at Walmart. I was a cart pusher on the parking lot during 100 degree summers and frigid winters, usually by myself. Some of my co-workers were the laziest scumbags I've ever worked with. They would hide inside the store all day and make me do all the work. One guy hid in the store for 6 months without the managers knowing or even caring. He would clock in and roam the store all day and clock out at the end of the shift. He eventually got bored with it and just stopped showing up. Some guys would clock in and just go home and come back later and clock out. I complained dozens and dozens of times over the years about it. The managers acknowlwedged that there was a problem, but refused to lift a finger to solve it. Some of the managers were very arrogant. I must emphasize ARROGANT! One of my supervisors was only 22 years old. Her name was Kasey, and she was too young to be anyones boss. She was extemely arrogant and was the most incompatent manager I've ever worked under. To this day I hate the name "Kasey". Every year on my evaluation, I was labeled as "exceeds expectations", which is Walmarts highest remark. I got fired for pushing too many carts at one time. This is one of the largest Walmarts in the country, and I had to do what was necessary to compensate for the large volume of customers. Everyday I worked was a catch 22 situation, because I would get yelled at for not keeping the cart bay full, but I would get yelled at for pushing too many carts at one time (the limit is 20). Now, I have a better job with better pay. I will never work at Walmart again, nor would I recomend Walmart to anyone!
