I have used this co. To help me research my ancestors. I was only allowed 250 names.
When i neared that limit the co. Required me to upgrade for more names to be allowed.
They offered a special rate. I sent them a check for this amount on sept 09.
I have received nothing from them. Going on the live chat to them brings a message that they are not available at the moment. I have left them several messages to respond. To this date i have received nothing.
