I would like to tell you about the extremely poor customer service I received in your Madison TN store. I came in for a 40RV525U on Sunday, the first day the add ran. The minute I held up the ad your sales associate told me they were sold out before I even showed him which TV I was looking at. I then asked him if he could call the other stores to see if it was available there and he told me they were sold out of every store without ever even picking up a phone. I was then told I could look at the similar TV's in stock that were all several hundred dollars more. The whole experience was a joke to me and I will never buy anything at HH Gregg personally again. I want to know if this is how you train your sales associates and if this is your company policies with all sales items. I purchase a lot of electronics and I stopped going to Best Buy for this exact same reason. I was hoping HH Gregg could be my new electronics store but after this experience I seriously doubt it.
