Terminated Lease for refusing to accept safety bonus loss for a load I never hauled due to safety issue. Over-weight and 2 flat tires on the same side. Not Safety minded and doesn't like older experienced drivers

They kept offering my husband a St. Paul, MN load that delivered the next day from Zachery, LA he had unloaded in MS. The drive to Zachary was uneventful, but when he got to the customer as he drove along the fence saw one of our trailers, he could see that the trailer was leaning to the left and that it had been dropped there with a tire that had been completely run off of the rim.
