My wife worked for this company for three months. Just before her third month the President a Caton Hanson had her sine a contract so he could have some legal way to fire her. He constantly over looked other people in the office coming to work late or working from home or even taking off time for being sick. All of these people are family members in one way or another. But when my wife toke two days off with out pay just to be in bed sick. The day she returned to work he fired her. Now this is a violation of FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) witch protects a worker from such discrimination by guaranteeing there job for up to 12 weeks for personal sickness, Maternity leave, and time to take care of a ill family member. He also is guilty of discrimination for treating her differently then he treats anyone else in the office.
