My husband contacted RBSL Group to get financing to buy a business. They promised to help us find funding for the purchase. I normally check everything out on usacomplaints.com but was not able to before my husband gave them a credit card number.
They did not help us at all! They charged $329 just to run our credit. Then they told me to sign up for a service on their website (which I did) and that I could avoid other fees by signing up for the service. They charged me a processing fee anyway of $99. When I went back to show them that I DID sign up for the service, it was somehow magically removed from their website and I was responsible for the additional charge.
As with everyone else, I was offered the Optimizer for a low, low fee of only $2,500.
I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company but I signed an agreement that was very unclear until I had already been screwed.
Please just stay away from this company. They will not do anything to help you.
