This is to report that Dadson Washer Service are deceiving operators. They had my 85 year old mother sign a 10 year lease with automatic renewals.in addition she was to be paid 55% of collection which she is not receiving. My mom recently had a Los Angeles Code Enforcement Inspector notify her that the laundry room was not permitted. The inspector wanted a permit or have the equipment removed. They did not want to hear about that, they just wanted to let my mother know they were their to enforce the Lease Contract.
Does anyone have any advise how to resolve this?
