I ordered 2 First Alert Driveway Patrols from this company on July 21. My charge card was billed on the same day. As of today, September 11, I have not received my order. They do not answer the phone nor reply to my e-mails. Not only the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau of New York need notified, but also Ohio.
