This bank is a disgrace. I made an $1100 payment that my bank proved was
deposited by Advanta Bank the day after
I made the payment. Neverythess, they
called everyday for two weeks stating that I had not paid the bill, with
additional threats the would report me to the collection agency. I wrote two letters to the vice present of collections that were never answered. When I telephone Advanta, no such person existed.increasing my interest rate to ridiculous levels, along with
addition changes was the work of loan sharks. It is disgraceful that a bank like this can continue. We must cannot
let them get away with it. Report this bank to your congressional representative, to the SEC, to the attorney general of you state. Do not accept their arrogant threats.
