Erroneous check taking 49.95 out of bank account. Who are they and how did they get my name with wrong signature?

Freedom Subscriptions? Who are they? How did they get some of my info?
Illegally wrote a check, not using proper names, info, signature, or check number, but bank took 49.95 out of account.
When you call this fake company they won't tell you anything.
How can these companies be stopped???
This is the 10th time this has happened to me.
