I received a card in the mail that stated enjoy up to 3 games per person includes free shoe rental. For the week of august 24- 30. Open - close. On one end of card it state exclusive to league bowlers. My complaint is it should have said 3 free games to league bowlers only. Exclusive to me meant myself and my party. I am a league bowler and at time i take the grandchildren (4) out to bowl. Several bowlers read the card and came to the same conclusion that it meant any one in your party. I don't think it was the bowling center problem. It was sales or advertising personal. When the center checked on it they were told to let my party bowl free and charge me $4.75 each for shoes. I didnot bowl because i want to let someone explain why pay. All i got was a manager said bowl but pay for shoe rental. Shoe rental is more expensive than a game of bowling. Why i could bowl free with none league bowlers and has to pay for shoe rental not the games. I was trying to get them interested in joining a youth league. That leaves me with some concerns. I hope you can solve this issue. I am a concern bowler.
