I understood that when I applied for the samples of Acai Berry and cleanser on August 6th. I would only need to pay postage and packing. These arrived on August 13th. On 23rd August 2 x 84.02 euros was taken out of my bank account. Having phoned the company I was told that there was a clause in small print mentioning that I had 15 days in which to contact them if I didn't wish to continue. Mathematically, i can't work out when the 15 days was from-day of order or day of delivery. Neither comes to 15 days. I have just emailed [email protected] and had an automated reply which says that it is unmanned. However I've just re-submitted it. I can't find another email address to contact them. Does anyone have one that works? GuestI can feed myself on less than 84 euros a month so know that I wouldn't have agreed to pay this amount for 60 capsules.
