This on line dating service, allegedly for Christians, is very deceptive. Firstly, they are based in Canada so you have no real recourse in the U.S. Should something untoward take place. Secondly, they lure you with a 'free' 10-day trial membership. You post a photo and a profile, etc. Problem is, when I scanned the available men in the parameters I am seeking in my locale, there were pitifully few, and pitiful. I was contacted by many out of towners, and needless to say, you have to be very naive to start something up like that. The one local man who contacted me was a pathological liar, and his profile a complete sham.
One day it said one thing, the next day, drastic changes. I never met him, but held several phone conversations wherein I was able to determine the deceptive nature of this person. Nothing he said 'added up' and when confronted with this, he blew me of by saying we were not 'a match'. I reported him by email several times to Christian Cafe but they failed to honor me with a reply. I was still in the free trial membership stage. Folks, don't even bother!
