Received a letter in the mail stating I was a second prize winner in the second category of the USA Mega (under the international Sweepstake) draw. Enclosed was a check for $4,670 to pay for the taxes I would owe on the $450,000.00 I will be receiving by certified check. I was to call John Lucas @ 1855-339-6663. I did not call after reading the previous post.
