Stephen Stough of Stough International presented it's Landlord inflated false financials to gain approval for its office.
The financials provided show a multimillion dollars company with an aggressive growth pattern over the last several years. The facts are the numbers were completely made up in an attempt to gain approval.
The company claimed to be an international company with cases all over the world. Their employees that eat lunch regularly down stairs at Rendezvous Resturaunt. They have complained about not being paid their wages and most have left the company.
Stough International only has 3 employees left. Stephen the President, Meghan the Vice President (his girl friend who last month had to come down to the restaurant and pay the bill when Stephen skipped out on the bill) and Maria a young sweet girl who has been upstairs only a couple of months.
Check and double check anything they tell you. It is likely to be as truthful as the financials they presented to get their little second floor office upstairs.
