I have filed a report on this company with the US Postal Service and have recevied a letter from them. They are going to investigate this company Refund Recovery Software for mail fraud. I want to let everyone else know that they need to file a claim with the US Postal service.
Evidence of this sort is based largely on the number and pattern of complaints received concerning this mailer. If sufficient evidence is developed, the matter may be referred to the appropriate United States Attorney for consideration of prosecution. This is part of the letter that I received from the Postal Service. So please everyone file a claim with them.
