This company is non licensed and has no credentials to help anyone. Search the address and you will see the owner's home is in foreclosure. They are soliciting homeowners and mortgage brokers to find desperate homeowners to sell false hope. Fees as high as 1% are being taken from struggling homeowners and being split between Quality Home Modifications, American Atlantic and others to be named in a case with the NY attorney general. Buyer beware.
