Ripped off $37.00 for a Motorola W470 Cell Phone. Never delivered the phone

A number of calls have been made to Crissy. She gave me Tons address to send check for phone listed on Craigs list.

Check was cashed on July 1. Product was never delivered to Ken *.

Many calls have been made to Crissy. Most recently she answered the call tonight and hung up on me. The call was made on Sunday night August 2 @ 10:18 P.M.

Las Vegas Metro and FBI have been notified of this scam.
