I want my money back but there is no answer at all. They never answer my emails

I bought the program survey-bank. They lied because it takes about 20 minutes to get a dollar. I didnt like the program and I want my money back. Ive tried two different email adress but so far no answer, calls no answer either. This company is a rip off, they dont stand by what they say that they give youa 60 days back money guarrantee.
