I purchased a MoneyBank program for the purpose of making money online. When I tried to set up the program, it would not work because it is MS Excel. I have a Macintosh computer and I can't use MS Excel to open anything.
I have sent numerous emails to this company and I have not received a single answer to my problem. It seems he has my money, but I have no access to the program. I've asked for my money back. I've even been rude to try to get someone's attention.
Sebastian, advertised that he would give his clients his personal email address, well his email address is: Sebastian. Moneybank.com and I've tried to email him with no success. It has to go through Google apparently, and I'm not a member there either... I tried the normal way to email his personal email, and it opens his MoneyBank website. There is no way for me to use his so-called personal email.
I plain and simply just want my money back because the program can't open with my computer. What do I have to do? I believe this company should be made to say ahead of any purchase that the program is not accessible to Macintosh users.
I would not deal with this company again because of the way they have treated me, and
I want my money back!!!
