Usa Credit.com200cash.com took money out of my account, didnt finish app., doesnt tell you they take out for app. Fee

This company took money out of my savings account...
They do not state on their site that there is an application fee anywhere what so ever. They say its non-refundable, but i need my money back... I'm pretty sure that i didnt even finish the application, and they still took the money out of my account... Now they are trying to take more money out of my account, which is going to leave my account with a negative balance, and i cant have that i have a family...
