I bought and paid for my lkand in december and used it for collateral for the doublewide i live in. I found out last month in my security agreement that i am paying for my land again, and 21st mortgage corporation says it $14,800.00 was for the improvements they did on my land. The only one that came out to clear a spot and put the pad in was from wholesale homes in central square, ny. I also owe them 2 months payments, but i feel until i get this cleared up, i owe them nothing. I have a lawyer and another person fighting this for me, but they don't think anything can be done. Any help wopuld be appreciated!!!
