Deception and Fraud at a Devastating Time, And Orange

Hello,
My name s Letty D. Do to the economy my husband lost his job and we paid Nationwide $2950.00 to try to modify our loan because we got behind on our bills and maxed out our credit cards. This process was initiated September and has been running on for almost a year now. Recently I have been trying to contact them and none of their numbers are good, I am in great need, I've been laid off. I have read other reports on similar situation and none of us know what to do. Someone help us get our money back and assure this does not happen to anybody else.
