Steve lalonde and closed first file chapter 11 to avoid paying over $2.2 back to investors

Steve Lalonde and Closed First Software recently filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in an attempt to avoid repaying the over $2.2M that Steve Lalonde swindled from investors. Move over Bernie, here comes your roommate Steve.

To the public viewing this:

Don't ever accept a future job by Steve Lalonde or one of his loosely formed businesses. He has taken and taken and taken and now it's time to pay the piper. He preys on the weak and vulnerable because he is weak and can not compete with minds that follow the straight and narrow, not to mention whom are "educated".

We have followed this man and tried to understand his business models - investors have been coned millions of dollars for the benefit of greed. Don't be surprised if you see him and his cohorts on CNN's American Greed someday.

DO NOT ever believe anything this man says!

Here are the FACTS:

1) He recently filed Chapter 11 on or around July 2nd to avoid paying back investors $2.2 mil
2) He has houses listed for sale in other names and companies
3) All his other companies act out of the same location same people using same facility
4) He uses them for years and they are all owned and operated by him
5) So that he has not reflected that in the bankruptcy
6) There is no way he burned trough approximately 3 million cash he had from investors. Cash he stole from contractors and customers, and cash he stole from CAP South 7 companies that was not his to take. Spent it all in two in two years and show 2.2 debt that would mean he spent 5 Million in two years and has noting to show for.
7) Steve Lalonde does not show proper proceeds from Cap South7 investments that at least 20-30 precent profit would have remitted back to Closed First.
8) Adam Levinson and Tom Cullin and Frank Kosa are in some relationship with him that is not really arms length.

It is frightening that Steve Lalonde has been able to operate his scams this long. He is a ruthless, calculating a pathological liar! May the several laws suites against him bring justice to all those who have been swindled by this con artist, steve lalonde
