The Scam is unsophisticated and elementary but it works.
He needs 3 parties as he will scam three different people at the same time.
This technique gives the scam that real feeling, that legit touch and all three parties will go along naturally, so that gives the scam a touch of authenticity.
THE MARKS (VICTIMS)
A Girlfriend, An Investor, A Musician Or Aspiring Artist, the order is irrelevant.
THE GIRLFRIEND:
Role is played by any stupid girl that actually falls for this s*t, because any real business man will handle his million dollar calls in private in a real office, not your living room or apartment.
THE INVESTOR / BUSINESS PERSON:
Role is played by an unsuspecting real investor or business person assuming Flash Rodriguez is the real deal. And will be in contact frequently and unsuspectingly discuss real business with our Scammer Flash.
THE MUSICIAN / MODEL / ASPIRING ARTIST:
Role is played by another victim placing their dreams and hopes on this piece of shit. They too will be
in contact frequently and unsuspectingly discuss real business with our Scammer Flash.

THE SCAM (PHASE 1)
SETTING THE STAGE
He pretends to be someone with important connection in NY (Mafia, Attorneys, etc. And a person of past fame or success now a music promoter from NY and as such he will always appear to be very busy making business deals and making business docs on his laptop. He will speak loudly and even place callers on speaker for you to listen to, as to authenticate his role.
This is actually done to each one of his marks as this will create the illusion to the listener that this Scammer (aka Flash Rodriguez) is a real person and not just anybody. He will need your help as his business deals don't produce and he is shocked because this would be the first time our Scammer (aka Flash Rodriguez) has a business deal fail. Poor thing he needs all your sympathy and money of course. Help this struggling Music Promoter Regain his Days of Glory!!!

He will reinforce his scam personally by using a fake ring or something of assumed value that will validate his past history of making big money. GAINING TRUST
To Gain A Business Persons Trust he will show them his lineup of artists that he has launched and his fake connections to many popular artists at a phone call away. He has developed a sort of scam kit just for such occasions.
To Gain The Artists Trust he will show the artist or aspiring artist how he has made a success of previous artists, to existing artists he will claim credit for a variety events that range from Red Carpet to Live shows and lucrative business ventures that have made fortunes for other artists.
To Gain The Girlfriends Absolute Trust, offering the girlfriend an assumed 40k ring that in reality is worth nothing. Is a good trick and has worked many times. It's a fake ring made of pure metal and Cubic Zirconia.
The poor woman is so overwhelmed with the size and beauty of this gift that she will not dare to have it checked at a jewelry store for fear that the jeweler will steal the diamonds or out of denial. Although It was checked and now have proof it was 100 fake, verified by 3 fine jewelry stores.

THE SCAM (PHASE 2)
TAKING EVERYONE TO THE CLEANERS
Now our scammer (aka Flash Rodriguez) kicks things into gear.
He will ask for, request from, charge for all kinds of expenses and money, from all three parties.
This maximizes the scams profitability and it allows for maximum profit in a short time span.
He will deplete the artist first, then he will deplete the business man and then once he has no other avenues he will deplete the girlfriend. This sequence is key, as he needs a place to stay and use as his office.
THE SCAM (PHASE 3)
LAST BUT NOT THE LAST ONE FOR HIM
As he begins to deplete the girlfriend of all available cash and property he will reach out and attempt to secure a new girlfriend that will be ready to accept him. Once he has depleted the original girl friend he will start fights and become abusive and moody. Once a new target has been secured, He will deliberately cause a problem in the relationship that will allow him to leave with a reason. Then the scam starts all over again with a new Girlfriend and then the other 2 extra victims.
THE SCAM (PHASE 4)
Our now departed scammer (aka Flash Rodriguez) will call you and email you to let you know that you were crazy and he had to move on. He will also threaten you into silence, God forbid we dirty his good name and reputation, why that could cause him to make a phone call to New York and have you and your family wacked (I'm not making this up)
Our scammer (aka Flash Rodriguez) will be very shady and sneaky if he knows you have spotted his fraud, he will deny every bit and claim you are psycho
