I am totally in awe that this company can lie, cheat, steal, and very easily get away with this kind of 'gross' mis use of our legal system!!!
I was attacted April of with a default judment by these blood suckers (asset acceptance). I jumped through all the hoops at the court house. I proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that this was fraud. To no avail.
They are still stealing 25% of my income, and I am looking at eviction due to non payment of rent.
And yet here am I, a single mother, working very hard to feed, clothe, and give shelter to my four children. Not on welfare, do not commit crimes to get by, ect.
Is this the 'Justice System' our Fore Fathers had in mind. I think NOT, they would turn over in their graves, to hear of such atrousities!!! To throw mothers and children into the streets.
The hardest thing for me to understand is why a commissioner would knowingly rule against me, with absolute proof I do not owe this debt. They forged the statement of account, and the proof of service.
And last but not least... I received a letter from 'asset acceptance' offering me a pay off on a reposessed car??? I have never had a car reposessed... When I called, the woman on the phone said to me as a consumer it was 'my burden to prove' I did have an account in were a car had ever been repossed from me?
Where is our Government? Is there not enough victims yet for anyone to stand up and say enough is enough. I am tired of crying myself to sleep, and my children going hungry.
