Offered $500. Gas back from purchase of furniture

I purchased furniture from a local store and was given a coupon for $500.in gift cards. You had to send in $100. Worth the receipts from your gas purchases each month, and that 8-12 wks you receive a $25. Gas card.
Have been sending every month starting in March and have received nothing.
