Capital One
Reported me to Credit bureaus for being over limit $5.00 and $2.00 I Have

I have accounts with Capital One. About three months ago, I went over the limit by a little over $5.00 - they reported it! Five friging dollars - that cost me unbelievable agony - then when I called and asked about it I was told basically "nothing we can do"

This month I went over by $2.00 - Two Dollars and they report me to the Credit folks for GOING over the limit. I call again, nada! No help but a great smart talking person.

I pay down this card each month, usually make at least two payments, because I travel, use the card and when expense checks come in, I pay them. This is not a good business practice.

Do they have any idea what this cost you on your credit reports these days? Unreal and they will not do anything about it.

Anyone else have this problem. I think I am going to file suit against these people.
