The company came to our home, my son was trying to leave, (we were not home) the rep continued harrassing my under age son pressuring him until he gave rep $15 for a magazine subscription with the understanding he could get his money back if we his parents didn't want subscription. This was June 29. I called the number that was on the receipt and it was an automated voice stating any request needed to be in a written statement. I sent a written request for refund July 2. I Received a card in the mail July 17th stating "The Federal Cancellation Law applied only to sale that are $25.00 or more AND postmarked within 72 hours of the date of sale". Conveniently the total of this sale was $24.95. No where on the receipt did it state this. How are they allowed to sale to an minor anything that is binding?
