I was a customer of Home Assure. All the promises refunds emails phone calls unanswered. Today I get a letter from the FTC. Home Assure is being taken to court for you guessed it false advertising ect ect. Not giving refunds
ect ect. Maybe a refund is in the future. But somehow after its all said and done they will just pay a fine and we the consumer will get a free dinner coupon. And the govt. Will get millions in fines. I sure hope not my 1500 I paid would come in handy to pay the lawer I had to hire because they did not do there job. Not to mention hours and days I spent trying to get a hold of them.
I should have known better. And I have I got a great attorney local I can see him go to his office, email him, speak to him instantly. What a relief.
