On Wednesday June 17 my system got a "Critical System Warning" stating " Your system is infected with a version of Trojan. Win 32 agent. AZsy". The message went on to tell me that I must purchase/download a copy of "Parsonal Antivirus" in order to contine running my system. Downloading the software turned out to be the only way of continuing to operate my system. After several emails between me and the software company concerning difficulties running the software plus any Microsoft update which removes the software, I am very dissatisfied with the software and the company. Just yesterday Microsoft notified me of an update. After down loading the Microsoft update, again the Personal Antivirus software was remove. The first time I attempted to run the program a report poped up stating "This download has been reported as unsafe", I therefore reported as directed by the notice to Microsoft Smart Filter on 6/25/09. Just the other day (just as I have many times perviously) I attempted to update the personal Antivirus software but a message appears statinfg that the update failed. I am hoping the software company relialize their poor software and refund me the $79.90 they have since chareged my visa account. It is useless to me and as it seems to many other customers.
