This company sold me an ASV RC-100 compact track loader machine without disclosing it had a leaking hydraulic tank. When the machine it was picked up for shipping they added a lot of hydraulic fluid to the tank. They said that it was only low because an attachment was hooked up to it earlier that day. When we received it, it leaked over a gallon of fluid the first hour of usage. I got the tank fixed at my local authorized ASV repair shop and it cost $850.00. Dan McPherson the salesman said he would talk to the "partners" of the company and see what he could do. He made it sould like he was just a salesman but he would see what he coud do about it. I never heard back from him. I did some research on the company and discovered that he was actually the only listed owner of the company. I sent another email and he responded by saying that I should have taken it back to them to repair and they will not pay for 2nd party repairs. He did tell me that I could take it back for repair, but it is a 5 hour drive away. This company is very familiar with this machine and had to have known that this machine had a leak issue. I feel that they are responsible to pay for the repairs from an authorized repair center because they did not disclose the problem to me. If they would have offered to pick up the machine and repair it I would have let them. Now the a/c is broken and I wonder if it had a problem also.
