Tim has several different names he uses (TC Moss, Timothy Moss, Tim Moss, Tim Yant, Timmy Yant, Timmy Moss). Tim was most recently arrested in Helena, Montana on a warrant out either Idaho or Washington. He did post bond and is now back in Wolf Point. It is believed that he will once again skip out and not go to his hearing. Tim owes a lot of money to companies that did work for him, family members, and also has a lot of bad checks. He will talk people into loaning money to him, promising that he will pay them back, then hides from the people he owes money to. He will avoid them at all costs. He is currently working for the Fort Peck Community College in Poplar, Montana which is about 20 miles from Wolf Point. He bull shitted his way into that job also. He is currently driving a newer green with tinted windows Ford Excursion, he may be hiding it the garage now. His current girlfriend drives a maroon/red four door ford vehicle. Her name is Tracie. The previous report hit it right on the dot: He is a smooth talker and acts big like he is loaded. He doesnt have a pot to piss in. Tim has also fathered 8 children and is not paying any type of child support. He has been married approximetly four times. Watch out for this Guy!
