Mr. Moss operates out of his garage at his residence, defrauding investors with outlandish claims concerning Biowatch Medical Inc. An organization in existence since 1997, but without earnings and merely the perveyor of worthless shares of its own stock.
Mr. Gary Moss has defrauded nearly 700 investors worldwide out of over $17 million dollars and continues to ply his trade with total disregard for the damages he inflicts. He is a public menace, a charleton and a con man that should be avoided like the plague. Until he is finally incarcerated, Mr. Moss will continue to defraud innocent investors.
