The membership for 3 years ($3500) was paid in full via Monterey Financial Services (contact # and confirmation available). Due to 2 (two) liver transplants at UCSF, my son was not able to participate in this activities. The refund was approved in August but still did not receive money ck.
I contacted GoinnaBe many times. Every time, I contacted them either via phone and or e-mails (e-mails history is available for review), they were very sorry for delays and promise to fix problem and send check to me in 2 weeks. I contacted BBB, TV Chanel 7 station, still no result.
