Phillip Michael Thomas, owner, Informed that I was approved for a lease of $50,000.00 sent me the documents and requested for a first and last month payment of $2489.00. I signed the documents and sent in the check. I never recie

I was contacted by Mike Thomas from Doctors Loans.net aka Medical Financial that I was approved for an equiptment lease of $50,000.00 and all I neede to do was complete ther form and send in a check made ot to Medical Financial for the first and last moth payment of a 5 year lease. This was in October.. I never recieved the equiptment or the financing. I have sent numerous oletters, E-maIls and caleed the office daily. At first mike Thomas would retunn my calls and he assured me that I would get my refund. Current, he does not respond to any of my calls or E-mails. This whole thing was a scam. I have copies of the contract and returned check.inaddition to E-mails for Mike Thomas stating that he will refund my money. This has been going on for 7 months
