Just another dead end

I received the official looking letter from G. F Institute - 1-866-258-5351

I then called a spoke with a Amanda. She wanted the release code - I gave her the info
and the she asked for my name. I asked why wouldn't she already have that? She said this is just a call center that works for G. F Institute. She said the name was L.P. G Grants
I asked for a website and she gave L.P.G.com This I was unable to locate!

Then proceeded to ask for a credit card or checking. I asked what the charges would be she said 59.00 10.00 processing fee. I asked her what are these charges for? She became disturbed and I told her the company she works for rips people off. She said I could call back at anytime if I change my mind. Haha I then disconnected the call.
