The G.F.institute Kansas City Kansas, sent me an approved letter stating that I had 36 hours from reciept to respond to collect $25,000 in grant money. They stated that funds could be used at my discretion (bill payment, travel, continuing or advanced education, healthcare). They gave me a release code and told me I was approved.
