I was refered to an apartment building in west st paul by my case manager i went there and the manager claire norris showed me the apartment however there was this weired odor and i thought it was just a closed up feeling i asked what the odor was and she said it was a deodoriser, but the fact of the matter as i came to learn later or as she told me later when i pressed her is that the apartment had a spraying cat i called the law society and she chaged the carpet in a panic she is the most unproffessional woman ive ever met she claimed she told me their was a cat but when i wrote to the bbb she told them a different story that she didnt know i had an allergic reaction to cats. She claims she chaged the padding in my apartment which i still think is a lie as she is used bto cheating and also of course the smell gets stronger especiall in the warm season. Everybody out there dont do business with this woman. She claims my file s as thick as if ive lived there five years because she wanted me to keep quiet and live in those deplorable apartments oaks of heatherwoods very unprofessional manager!
