Greatbiz telemarketers contacted our Church secretary in late December. Our secretary was deceived into believing she was just verifying contact information in a taped interview. Monthly bills for web services (49.95) and set up fees ($70) began in January on our monthly phone bill through Qwest.
We have contacted Greatbiz repeatedly since Feb 7 (when we received the first bill), and to date have not received a refund for the non-existent services. The employees are slick and you get the run around. They give you bogus refund "confirmation numbers" and promise refunds to be credited back to our carrier (Qwest) but no refund is ever received.
Beware of this company and their deceptive practices.
