USA relocation outsourced my mover to Kwik Movers (w/out my knowledge or concent). These people do not answer the phone when you call and don't tell you when they will deliver.
After several phone calls, I finally reached the owner of the company. I am unable to obtain a delivery date, total price or where my items are currently stored. (I was never told that my items would be stored and not delivered in the 4 day window frame I was given) It has been 3 weeks since my items were picked up. I have called Kwik Movers a minimum of 25 times. Of these 25,5 calls may have actually been answered. I have also sent emails with no response. At this point, I feel as though my items have been stolen. I have had to spend money on items such as towels, pots and pans, sneakers, clothes, etc to be able to live day to day life. Do not trust these people.
