On apirl 21, Mr. Roberto Castillo, used car director for Long Island City Mitsubishi and I, Freddie Noboa had a verbal agreement with quoted price of $20,995 tax for a 2006 audi A4 with a sticker price advertised on side window for $25,995.
I was never advised verbally or in writing after a cash down payment of $11,400 that the price of the car had changed to $28,553 without tax.
The buyers order was never given or shown to me on the day of signing. It was faxed to me on 6-12-09 by the financial company. The document clearly showes a different price of $28.553 without tax from the advertised price of $25,995.
I was not verbally advised of the high interest rate of 24.99 until the moment of signing.
Mr. Castillo failed to document on contract of cash payment of $165 for registration fee and official fee of $37.00.
Mr. Castillo used deceptive and unscrupulous sales tactics, false advertising, failing to disclose required information and high pressure with hidden conditons after complaining that the contract was erroneous, which caused my confusion upon signing.
On April 22 Mr. Castillo called and stated that the car was ready to be picked-up. When I arrived with my wife at the dealership, he requested an additional $1,700 or the car will not be given to me, but gave $1,200 instead.
I was never given the purchaser's order to sign or the buyers orders.
The retail certificate of-selling price - is documented N/A.
Without my knowledge the audi A4 was sold to me for $31,196.83 with tax. Financed charge of $16,973.73 and financed was $19,996.83 with total of payment of $36,970.56 with total sale price of $48,170.56.
The retail instalment contract and buyers order has two different total cash price.
With the quoted price of $20.995 tax and $11,400 downpayment, amount financed showed have been around $11,300. But instead I was financed at $31,196.83.
